Fiat took the wraps off the new Uno supermini a few days ago, but the Italian car manufacturer has already released the “Uno Ecology”, which is the concept study of the car. Judging by its name, the Uno Ecology is a green proposal that uses renewable materials and comes with improved fuel economy and reduced emission.
No more details are available yet but it is known that the Uno Ecology uses a modified version of the standard car’s 1.0-liter flex-fuel gasoline engine equipped with stop technology &Fiat’s start.
Among other peculiarities of the device are also included recycled PET, the photo-voltaic cells on the roof that help power various systems, the use of renewable and recyclable materials in the interior such coconut fibers. After the break more photos will be available.
