Today, let’s go back to 2010 for the HTC H1 concept phone that looks rugged and bulky. This concept mobile phone was designed by Saeid Khajevand from Tehran, Iran. And let’s admit the designer did a good job by designing an original handset.
The phone has an interesting innovative X shaped pattern on the back. This bulky smartphone is equiiped with a 12 megapixel camera, a 3 inch TFT LCD display, a mini USB connector, a front speaker, a secondary VGA camera and side speakers.
At the back of the handset you can see a Xenon flash and also LED notification lights and multi-function capacitive buttons under the display (two, on the left and right), plus a microSD card slot. This features may not very impressive, but keep in mind that this is a HTC concept from 2010.
In case this device would ever be redesigned, it would be thinner, but keeping that X format at the back, as it is really cool and also the variation in thickness at the back of the device is stylish. There are some slopes and asymmetry to gain from here, really beautiful ideas. There is also a stylus in the mix, so this may be some sort of rugged business PDA device.
