At the moment it doesn’t seem unlikely wearing a PC around your wrist, specially with the modern technology developments. Hiromi Kiriki, however, has designed the Sony Nextep Computer concept that totally blew our mind. From the pictures displayed here it is seen that you can wear it on the wrist, detached and turned into a brilliant PC.
Sony Nextep Computer is based on a flexible OLED touchscreen and is also equipped with a holographic projector in the mix to replace the screen. The concept has support for social networking, while extra keyboard panels will pull out from the device.
It sounds a bit science-fiction to talk about a computer that can be worn on the wrist, but let’s just think about Microsoft Surface and how it would have sounded like back in 90s. The designer of the Sony device has really done a great job!
