Water-scraper is a concept, which has recently been presented in the eVoIo Skyscraper Competition. The designers of the concept have tried to show how people work and live underwater in the future. According to the creators people will live in the world of harnessing wave, solar power and wind to generate electricity.

Using aquaculture and hydroponic ways the people in the future will also be able to grow food. Taking into consideration the fact that ocean levels are rising around the globe, this concept may come into reality pretty soon.
